Satisfaction Guaranteed
If for any reason you are unhappy with the services you receive from SublimeMail during the first 30 days of service, you may request in writing via email or US Mail that your services be discontinued. Full refund will then be issued.
Deposit
For new accounts, a deposit equal to two months service will be collected. This deposit will be returned after 12 months for accounts that are in good standing. In this case, the deposit will be credited to your account as payment for further services. If you choose to discontinue service, the deposit will be returned minus any payments outstanding.
Refunds
A prorated refund will be issued if for any reason SublimeMail fails to deliver services as described. If you choose to terminate services before the end of any prepaid periods, no refunds will be issued.
Payment
All payments must be received within 30 days of invoice issue. Acceptable payment methods include credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), personal or business check, bank note or cashiers check. Checks are subject to a 10-day clearing period. Failure to keep your account current will result in deactivation of service. Accounts over 30 days past due will be terminated after notice. Please address any questions regarding payment to billing@sublimemail.com.
Privacy
No account information, including but not limited to personal information, billing information, email addresses and customer data, will be sold, shared, leased or distributed to third parties. All information retrived will be used for the sole purposes of conducting business between SublimeMail and its customers.
Liabilities
SublimeMail makes no endorsements, claims, or promises regarding the services offered by our clients and will not be held liable for any disputes or claims against said clients. In no event shall SublimeMail be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special and exemplary damages, or any damages whatsoever, arising from the use or performance of this web site or from any information, services or products provided through this web site.
Backup
SublimeMail takes extreme steps to maintain system integrity. However, SublimeMail shall not be held responsible for loss of data due to any cause. All data backups are designed against hardware failure, not user error.
Cancellations
Should you wish to discontinue service with SublimeMail you must submit request in writing via email or US Mail at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so could result in necessary charges to your account.
